Office Air Conditioner Rental in Paris: Delivered, Installed, Picked Up

Above 28 °C, a Paris office stops working: focus drops, video calls become painful, teams go home. FraisParis equips offices in Paris and the inner suburbs with portable air conditioners, one unit or a whole fleet, with no construction work and nobody spending half a day picking up equipment.

Office rental at a glance

  • Equipment: 12,000 BTU portable air conditioners (3.4 kW) covering 35 to 59 m² per unit, WiFi app control, night mode around 50 dB, active carbon filter.
  • Delivery: within 24 hours as standard, express delivery in under 2 hours possible depending on available slots, 7 days a week.
  • Business terms: invoice with VAT in your company's name, multi-unit quote within 2 hours, volume discount from 5 units, no deposit.
  • Logistics: delivery and pickup included within central Paris, optional installation by our team, nothing to store after summer.

Workspaces we equip

  • Open spaces: several units spread across the floor (one unit per 35-59 m² zone), quiet enough for video calls.
  • Meeting rooms: one dedicated unit keeps a full room usable through a heatwave afternoon.
  • Coworking spaces: extra capacity when central air conditioning saturates or fails, with no long-term commitment.
  • Firms and agencies: law firms, accounting firms, agencies, studios: the unit rolls from room to room and installs in 5 minutes through a window, including in Haussmann buildings.
  • Shops and retail: a cool shop keeps customers browsing and staff working. Installation possible before opening hours.

How it works

  • 1. Describe your need: surface, number of rooms, addresses, dates. For a single unit, online booking is fastest.
  • 2. Quote within 2 hours for multi-unit requests, with volume and duration discounts.
  • 3. Coordinated delivery across your sites, SMS-confirmed time slot, optional installation and start-up by our team.
  • 4. End of rental: we pick everything up. Nothing to store.

Frequently asked questions

Is the invoice valid for company accounting?

Yes: invoice in your company's name with VAT, issued by Crair (SASU, Paris Trade Register 107 140 808). One invoice for several sites is possible.

How many units for our open space?

Count one 12,000 BTU unit per 35-59 m² zone depending on ceiling height and sun exposure. Describe your space and we will size it with you in the quote.

How fast can we be equipped?

Within 24 hours as standard, and express delivery in under 2 hours possible depending on available slots. Multi-unit deployments are scheduled on a coordinated slot.

Do we need landlord approval or construction work?

No: no drilling, no fixed installation. The exhaust hose goes through a window with the sealing kit provided, and everything removes without a trace.
